Do we need ghost busters here in the TCI,,, well some residents seem to think so while others are having a smile at a story we covered last April in which an empty chair appears to be moving on its own…with Halloween just behind us, tonight we get the bottom of the moving chair….and you be judge is there something spooky going on.
