While the rain put a damper on most of the individual holiday celebrations, one local company was able to offer its customers special National Heroes Day experience. The IGA supermarket hosted Turks and Caicos Flags, a picture of the country’s hero James Alexander George Smith McCartney and essays from local school children and the employees adorned in T-shirts with JAGS’ picture on the front.
