The annual Mr. and Miss Maranatha High School took place this November 27th, 2008. Paralyzed in a tragic shooting last year, Kenneth Carter, a Grand Turk Native is finally receiving justice. The man accused of shooting Carter was tried and convicted in court yesterday and News spoke with Carter about the ordeal.
